Justin Goldman is the Founder of Harving Financial, LLC. Mr. Goldman’s financial services career officially began nearly 25 years ago when immediately upon graduation from college he became an Associate Consultant in the direct client unit of Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC (“MNA”) where he worked alongside a Senior Vice President and firm shareholder/owner on a client base of nearly $1 Billion comprised of institutions, non-profits, and high net-worth individuals. In 2000, Mr. Goldman joined the Advisory Advantage division of MNA where he held a variety of positions distributing the firm’s products and services through national financial intermediaries. His career at Manning & Napier lasted nearly 16 years where he eventually became the second youngest employee shareholder/owner of the firm prior to its eventual IPO in 2011. 

Following his distinguished career at Manning & Napier, Mr. Goldman also held positions at several national turnkey asset management platforms in a consultative role where his primary focus was working with financial advisors across NYS helping them to grow their practices. Over the years, Mr. Goldman was a frequent speaker at national/regional broker-dealer conferences providing advisor enrichment, education, and market overviews.

Mr. Goldman is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designee, both of which are conferred by The American College.  He also is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®), a designation conferred by the College for Financial Planning.

Mr. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester. At UR, he was a bass soloist and business manager for the acclaimed men’s a cappella group, the “Yellowjackets”, and is featured on the 1998 ‘Best of College A Cappella’ vocal compilation album.

Justin is married with two young daughters and is an active community volunteer in the Rochester area.
